Pacifica Archery is owned and operated by Joseph and Beth Snell. Joe has been an avid archer since his early teens. He used to take the Muni bus from his house at Potrero district to Golden Gate Park to shoot his fiberglass bow. Joe decided to open Pacifica Archery after being frustrated at not having a quality archery store in the local vicinity. They opened their doors in the late 1998 in Pacifica; hence the store name.

Many of their good friends are instrumental in opening their store; Ken and Debbie Brown, Bernie Muscha to name a few. After seven years in Pacifica, they decided they would like to expand and have indoor lanes for leagues, JOAD, archery lessons and seminars. They moved to their present Daly City location in December 2005.

Joseph and Beth are both well rounded archers. They love going to Redding for the Western National 3D Championship, Carp Shooting Tournaments in Clear Lake, State Shoots and hunting both in California and other states.
